There's more evidence of the cult following that cheers on both Google and Apple. Symantec would seem to have a faithful consumer base, as well. That's what several recent Net Promoter industry reports indicated, anyway - Google, Apple, and Symantec enjoyed the highest levels of customer loyalty.
Symantec, was also included in the release. Symantec is extremely proud of Satmetrix's findings that more than 60 percent of customers surveyed not only have a favorable view of doing business with Symantec but will actively promote us to their friends and colleagues."
Google and Apple are sure to be equally pleased with the results.
