Today, the United States Supreme Court overturned the conviction of accounting firm Arthur Andersen for destroying documents related to Enron before the company's demise. It was unanimously concluded that the firm's conviction in 2002 was improper because the jury instructions were vague, and the jurors couldn't properly determine the verdict.
