Choosing the Right Color Palette for Your Calendar
Color coding your Outlook calendar turns a flat list of events into a living map that shows you at a glance what’s coming up. When every meeting, deadline, or personal appointment appears in a distinct hue, the brain can instantly pull up context.
Outlook gives you up to ten preset colors. While you can’t change the shade itself, you can rename the label that appears underneath each color. A minimalist approach might reserve one shade for work stuff and another for life outside of work.
