Wow, I hope you've had your coffee this morning, cos this news is a shocker.
added a new post that answers some of the questions being asked by the community. Reading thru everything it appears that Danny was looking for:
a. A written commitment that he would be a long-term component of SES and SEW.
b. Perhaps some kind of equity/profit-share for all his hard work.
