Facebook has received reporting some interesting numbers about Facebook's growth in the US. It is growing in popularity especially with older users. The number of people on Facebook over the age of 35 has nearly doubled in the past two months. The fastest growing demographic is women over 55. There are about 1.5 million in this demographic.
In the last six months, the largest amount of growth has come in the demographic of users 35-44 years of age. Justin Smith at Inside Facebook
