Of course for everyone who isn't a Googler, they probably have a list each year, and looks at factors like employee benefits in selecting companies. "Our new No. 1 sets the standard for Silicon Valley: free meals, swimming spa, and free doctors onsite," the report said of Google. "No wonder Google gets 1,300 rsums a day."
