Google Mobile, YouTube Offer New Electoral Features

Now that the Summer Games are over, political coverage will become inescapable.  Some people are bound to embrace it, though, and these folks should appreciate new offerings from Google Mobile and YouTube.

A fresh YouTube Convention Channel' /><br /> YouTube's 2008 Conventions Channel<p>YouTube's offering is a little more interesting.  Even as video from the convention is set to take over so many television stations tonight, the <a href=YouTube Blog, "We'll . . . have upload booths set up around the Pepsi Center and Convention Hall, not to mention in the Big Tent, where all the bloggers will congregate for the week.  Video will be pouring in from these locations and hundreds of others . . ."

Rich Peters, who won YouTube's Democratic Convention contest, will also be on the prowl.  And as Chris Crum noted on Friday, you'll be able to see still more coverage courtesy of Digg
