In May of 2006 I read an article by Noam Eppel on Security Absurdity, Why information security is broken, which can be downloaded here . The community comments are an enlightening, informative viewpoint into what people are really thinking and really saying about the state of information security. Some of it is very scary to read, some of it is very good to read.
