Now this is interesting. Italian prosecutors are As Reuters points out, the investigation doesn't imply guilt, but it's interesting that Italy appears to be holding the two Google employees accountable, as opposed to Google itself. It appears, Italy is investigating the event the same way it would investigate a journalist or TV reporter.

It also claimed that it bans violent videos, but conceded it has to rely on the community to flag banned content.
That may be the case, but I'm concerned that Italy is investigating employees for Google's faux pax.
