Everyone’s keeping an ear to the ground for news concerning the mythical Gdrive, and unfortunately, I have no information on that front. But a similarly named offering from Microsoft - Live Drive - may soon launch.

Actually, Live Drive is more properly called Windows Live Folders, but it’s nonetheless entered beta testing. This “will provide customers with 500 megabytes of online storage at no charge,” according to a statement from Chris Jones, Corporate Vice President of the Windows Live Experience Program Management.
