ExtraSales Research Center (ESRC) reported that 80% of e-business owners are concerned with their possible online business partners' reliability, and the security of future deals. ExtraSales gathered its research by asking 754 online business owners from around the world about major problems they suffer with their online businesses.
Other problems cited by business owners included discrepancy in legislations when dealing with foreign businesses, time zone differences, and problems with connection.
