The twelve-day conclusion to the eleven-month trial of Yukos Founder Mikhail Khodorkovsky has resulted in the defendant being found guilty of six out of seven charges. Khodorkovsky was found guilty of fraud and tax evasion, and has been sentenced to nine years in prison. This could be increased, however as the judges are preparing to bring more charges against him.
