North Unveils New Xbox

Microsoft's new Xbox 360 was unveiled on MTV during a special program hosted by Elijah Wood, star of such hit films as "The Good Son", "North", "The Faculty", and recently "Sin City". "With the first generation of Xbox, our ambition was to change the way people think about video games," said Microsoft's chief Xbox officer, Robbie Bach. "Starting today with Xbox 360, our ambition is to transform the way people play games and have fun." The second-generation Xbox system is supposed to hit stores in the United States in November, but the price of the console has not yet been disclosed by Mircosoft. PhysOrg.com Xbox rivals Sony and Nintendo won't be releasing their new consoles until later giving Xbox a running start, but we'll see how Xbox competes with the Playstation 3 when it comes out.
