A memo that reportedly leaked from Microsoft has been making the rounds of the tech media.
Just before midnight Tuesday night, the Wall St. Journal, NY Times, and other major, mainstream US media ran an exchange of memos between Microsoft chairman Bill Gates and chief technology officer Ray Ozzie.
The memos indicate that Gates and Ozzie see the need to turn Microsoft around, concentrating more energy towards on-demand services and less on massive software packages that do all things for all people.
