Over the weekend I had a chance to delve more into podcasting. I listened to some various podcasts and I must say that I was very impressed by the quality. It was great to listen to some of the podcasts on my iPod Mini. The technology, if it continues its rapid adoption curve, will timeshift professional radio programming to help it reach an even larger audience - the continually mobile - while also giving amateurs a chance to showcase their stuff as well. The downside, of course, is that there's a lot more great content I want to "consume!" If you have an iPod, definitely download Earnings Cast packages quarterly investor conference calls that are available on the Web into a podcast format. If your company is already making this audio available on the Web, why not send them the MP3 file to list?
