Users of AT&T Yahoo's high-speed Internet service can make and receive voice calls as part of a new set of VoIP services that became available from the companies.
AT&T Yahoo Messenger with Voice can be used for Phone Out and Phone In services, the companies announced today. Phone Out calls inside the US and to more than 30 countries can be made for less than 2 cents per minute, a rate that makes the service very competitive with eBay's online.
